1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Pan India.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

  • Standard Shipping:5-7 business days (Domestic)

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over Rs 2500

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to reasons outside our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or high demand during peak seasons. If there are any significant delays with your order, we will notify you via email.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to track your package on the shipping carrier’s website. Please note that it may take up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or missing, please contact us at contact@loophoop.in within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the package was delivered to the provided shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement as per our Return Policy.

10. Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately to make the necessary changes before we ship your order.

11. Returns and Exchanges
