RETURNS

• In case of any return related issue, please write a mail to sheetal.bhadani@loophoop.in / WhatsApp 9871155411 within 48 hours of receiving the product. Maximum time taken to revert to a customer’s queries is 1 week
• We accept returns only if the product is received damaged/ or other quality issue.
• Items to be returned must be unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including shipping bags, brand tags.
• Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for the products personalized to client’s requirement Products on sale.
