Loophoop toys are completely handmade, soft and fluffy plush toy.These toys do not have any sharp edges which can harm the babies and kids.
Are the Toys safe for my kids ?
Yes our toys are safe for kids.We are BIS-ISI certified toy brand. All the toys are tested in Government authorised lab for safety standards.
Are the toys washable?
Yes, our toys are washable by hand. You can dry the toy in shade for 2-3 days.
How can I use coupon code?
You can use the coupon code at the time of checkout.
How can I track my order?
We send a message with the shipping details to the customer after placing the order. The message has the courier details, which can be tracked on the courier website.
How long does it take to ship and deliver the toy?
We take 7-10 days in shipping. However some toys are made to order, which may take little longer to ship.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it’s been placed?
Yes you can change the shipping address within 1 days of placing the order. Any change in address later may result in redirecting the courier which will lead to additional shipping cost imposed on client for redirecting the courier to new address
How do I cancel my order?

I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?
We settle all the refund orders within 15 days.

We are exclusive website. We manufacture our own products. We do not list other vendors on our website.
